Because I ♥ You

Nope, this isn’t a dozen roses.

Not a box of chocolates (milk — I wouldn’t dream of giving you dark).

Not skimpy underwear.

Just some important information from a fake medical professional and expert patient to ensure you can get those from someone else next year.  And the next.  And the next.

Know the signs and share this one with your friends.

Valuable message passed on with great humor.
Now I’ve almost forgotten my requirement for skimpy underwear.

  4. Well darn it, I can’t seem to see this video clip on this here doohickey of an iPad. But reading the comments and using my sharp mind (don’t laugh) I can deduct it has something to do with heart attacks and knowing the signs? Always a good reminder. My mom had symptoms for days, but they were vague, dizziness, feeling a bit wheezy and nauseous. She thought it was her allergies. She ended up having congestive heart failure and almost didn’t make it.

And if the video wasn’t about that, well, nevermind.

Great post. A friend of mine had a heart attack recently…her jaw had been hurting for days then she got sick…thought it was the flu. One emergency call later, in the hospital – almost didn’t make it.

    • Glad she made it, Cooper. I hope she feels better soon.

It’s a scary lesson to learn. I hadn’t heard of the jaw before this video. I’m glad I do.

  6. Good reminder – thanks for posting. I lost my mom to a heart attack at 53. She was at the gym – she ignored all the signs.
