I’ve just added a page to my blog to advertise the books written by some of my favorite blogging buddies. You can click on it on the tab at the top of the page or you can find it here: Bloggin’ Buddy Books.
If you have a book you’d like me to add, please shoot me an email at (Fifty.four.and.a.half@gmail.com) and I’ll be glad to add yours to my list. I’m only just starting, and these are three that I’m familiar with. I’m guessing that the list will grow!
I don’t get any commission or even any glory. Sigh.
But we bloggers should stick together!
Hey! You get the warm feeling of knowing you’ve helped your fellow blogger get the word out about their book/books.
(Yeah, I never bought into that stuff when I was a kid, either. 😉 )

Elyse,
I came here with my bag of snarks, read this, took my bag of snarks to Weebles place, left them there, came back here, and wrote this comment. Elyse is good peeps.

PS: This isn’t Le Clown’s blog, though, is it?

Hey, I was tidying up my blog and found a bag of snarks. Is it yours, Clown? Can I keep it? Because there are some really good snarks in there.
Also, Elyse is good peeps. I know, because she lent me her rear.

It seems to be the nature of bloggers that they do stick together and support each other. And that’s good, because most writers are insecure to begin with, and there are certainly enough critics out there who will gladly confirm their worst fears. It’s wonderful of you to do this, Elyse — a great way to start off the year.

Oh dear — and yours was the first blogging buddy book I bought and read! I can’t believe I left you out. I will leave myself a note to take care of this shortly! Sorry for the omission!

Charles, I updated the page and added your book and blog. Yours was the one at the back of my head that I couldn’t quite pull out.
Sorry!

I guess I need to get around to writing that book, so I can get free publicity on your site.
That’s a great thing of you to do. There are a couple I’m going to have to read…

Yes, I’m trying to inspire myself to get on my own list too. Sadly I didn’t manage to write a book in the afternoon after I posted this. Sigh.

So kind of you to do this. I imagine the list will become very long too. I’ve bought a few self-published books and there really are a lot of diamonds in the rough that have yet to be discovered. Your support is appreciated.

I agree. Some of them are really good — but self-publishing is the only way to get at-all-published these days, it seems. I’ll be putting yours on here before too long, Totsy, I hope.

Thank you, Elyse. I have someone formatting the eBook and deliberating on selling hard copies. And yes, you must complete your writing to get yours on here too. 🙂

Yep. I can relate.
Writing is very absorbing and it’s not an easy process at all. It. Is. Work.
